NEW ARRANGEMENTS TO BORROW
Preamble
In order to enable the International Monetary Fund (the “Fund”) to fulfill more effectively its role in the international monetary system, a number of countries with the financial capacity to support the international monetary system have agreed to provide resources to the Fund up to specified amounts in accordance with the terms and conditions of this decision. As the Fund is a quota-based institution, the credit arrangements provided for under the terms of this decision shall only be drawn upon when quota resources need to be supplemented in order to forestall or cope with an impairment of the international monetary system.
To my mind the purpose of the IMF is to keep the world in debt. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Australia is currently under the UN administration. The reason that we are unaware of this is because of a treaty was signed called “the Declaration regarding the Teaching of History (Revision of School Textbooks)”(Geneva, 2 October 1937).
Australia officially became occupied on 26th January 1910, when the International Convention relative to Certain Restrictions on the Exercise of the Right of Capture in Maritime War [Hague XI] (The Hague, 18 October 1907) was signed.
This treaty states:
Recognizing the necessity of ensuring more effectively than hitherto the equitable application of law to the international relations of maritime Powers in time of war;
Considering that, for this purpose, it is expedient, in giving up or, if necessary, in harmonizing for the common interest certain conflicting practices of long standing, to undertake to codify in regulations of general application the guarantees due to peaceful commerce and legitimate business, as well as the conduct of hostilities by sea; that it is expedient to lay down in written mutual engagements the principles which have hitherto remained in the uncertain domain of controversy or have been left to the discretion of Governments;
That a certain number of rules may be made forthwith, without thereby affecting the law now in force with regard to the matters which these rules do not touch.
