Introducing Kali Ma Shub
I feel incredibly grateful that I was led to Kali Ma Shub. I found her on facebook as a couple of friends posted paintings that Kali Ma had done for them and I must say, I was rather impressed. I didn’t feel the ‘need’ to have one done but I thought that it might be a nice thing to do. I was told that she connects in at soul level and channels her heART work.
How wrong was I! I actually did need to have a SOUL Painting by Kali Ma. The painting is only part of the story, she does waaaay more than just paint.
When I arrived at Kali Ma’s abode, I found myself in a quaint pocket in Marmion, Perth Western Australia and I must say that her home is something that can only be described as an artisan’s paradise, eclectic, creative, inviting and extremely colourful. When I met Kali Ma for the first time, she did not disappoint, she was as vibrant as her paintings! She welcomed me with a larger than life persona and led me to two comfy arm chairs that were facing each other.
I sat down and was directed to place my feet on a crystal salt block which became sopping wet after my session with her, apparently the wetness was linked to the release of toxins. Kali had described this session as a connecting and getting to know you session. I can honestly say, it was so much more than that. She began with a toning process and we held hands. After a short while she then put her feet next to my knees so that she could free her hands. I was quite overwhelmed initially and a little nervous.
Kali spent a lot of time sharing her insights and helped me to release the trauma that I had experienced over my lifetime. She was spot on with everything, infact most of what she was saying was on its way out for me or in motion. It was a wonderful confirmation for me that I was on track.
She said that I had an elfin/pixi energy and was deeply connected to nature. She strongly urged me to stop eating meat as it was out of alignment with my divine nature. I was vegetarian a few years ago, but started eating meat as I felt I needed to become more grounded.
She told me so much information that I found incredibly helpful. I thought that it was going to be an aquainting session but that wasn’t really the case, she shifted so much for me/with me/through me. I really enjoyed my experience and would not hesitate to recommend her.
My Soul Painting
Kali Ma spent over 12 hours on my painting. She initially sent me a photo of it and when I saw it I became aware that I was processing the experience. It wasn’t just a pretty picture, it was a healing experience. The painting itSELF offers a direct connection to your SOUL. There is so much symbolism in her art. It felt that I was decoding something, remembering and clarifying.
My Soul painting is reminding me that I am SAFE and I am DIVINELY PROTECTED.
Lord Shani the Hindu God of Saturn is situated on the crow – the crow for me symbolises breaking of a cycle, endings and new beginnings. Lord Shani is the god of darkness misery and death- but in fact he is the god of justice and righteousness.
Lord Shani was given the authority to reward or punish people for their good and bad deeds. I get the sense that he will help me delve into the shadows to protect me. There are three rings around him as well as around Saturn. I have clearly stated that I will no longer repeat my third cycle of suffering. I choose to transcend suffering.
Kali Ma has painted my face green. I liked that as it was a connection to the Green Tara, a female Buddha and meditational deity who is the most popular goddess in the Buddhist pantheon. She is considered to be the goddess of universal compassion who represents virtuous and enlightened activity.
The word Tara itself is derived from the root ‘tri’ (to cross), hence the implied meaning:’ the one who enables living beings to cross the Ocean of Existence and Suffering’. Her compassion for living beings, her desire to save them from suffering, is said to be even stronger than a mother’s love for her children.
