A “STATE OF EMERGENCY” was declared in Western Australia on 15th March 2020 because the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) declared a global pandemic that was caused by the virus COVID-19 (Coronavirus) which has a patent number US10130701B2 and is owned by the Pirbright Institute.
Two years on and Western Australia is still under a State of Emergency Declaration except there is no stated reason on this most recent extension.
When a “STATE OF EMERGENCY” is declared it means that
Martial law is being administered by the military rather than the civilian government. Martial law may be declared in an emergency or as a response to a crisis, or to control occupied territory.
Fun Fact: Australia is under foreign occupation since 1910! Eight Hague War on Land Treaties were forced into entry on 26th January 1910.
The W.H.O. is a subdivision of the United Nations.
The United Nations is a privately owned and funded organization that was founded in 1945 after World War II and was allegedly set up to maintain international peace and security. There are currently 197 member states. All members are Sovereign States.
The United Nations was founded on the concept of the “Westphalian System” of sovereign nation-states. These Sovereign Nation States are essentially belligerent to each other.
A Sovereign State is a legal entity. These legal entities are essentially the “Person” of a country. The person can only deal with other persons from other countries. A Corporation is legally defined as a Person.
The STATE owns the “Artificial Public Person” that is the name on the “BIRTH CERTIFICATE” or “DRIVERS LICENSE”. The living man or woman cannot communicate with the “DEAD LEGAL FICTION”
These legal entities created were created as belligerent because they are all hostile to each other. They are corporations having hostile takeovers. Instead of having organic community of people ie: a country.
It is important to note that Corporations cannot declare war. No one has ever declared war, a corporation cannot declare war. According to the law of nations, only a Sovereign (King/Queen or Chief) of the autonomous community (tribe) can declare war over another autonomous community (tribe). Corporations/legal entities can only contract or treaty.
Since 1648 these “CORPORATE ENTITIES” have evolved by stealth and subterfuge and by deception they have enticed “The People” to agree to “benefits and privilege’s” rather foregoing their “God Given Rights”.
St Edwards Crown means the Realm is under the pressure of debt from the Vatican. 
The Imperial Crown means the Realm is in tact.
When the realm is in tact the Great Royal Seal is shaped like a dome, when the realm is under pressure of debt from the Vatican, the crown is indented.
All roads Lead to Rome
The Treaty of Westphalia was a result of the war or series of connected wars that began in 1618, when the Austrian Habsburgs tried to impose Roman Catholicism on their Protestant subjects in Bohemia. It pitted Protestant against Catholic, the Holy Roman Empire against France, the German princes and princelings against the emperor and each other, and France against the Habsburgs of Spain. The Swedes, the Danes, the Poles, the Russians, the Dutch and the Swiss were all dragged in or dived in. Commercial interests and rivalries played a part, as did religion and power politics.
It is important to remember that the UNITED NATIONS was founded on the Westphalian System.
Municipality
A municipality is usually a single administrative division that has corporate Status and powers of self-government or jurisdiction as granted by national and regional laws to which it is subordinate.
The term is derived from French municipalité and Latin municipalis. The English word municipality derives from the Latin social contract municipium (derived from a word meaning “duty holders”), referring to the Latin communities that supplied Rome with troops in exchange for their own incorporation into the Roman state (granting Roman citizenship to the inhabitants) while permitting the communities to retain their own local governments (a limited autonomy).
A municipality can be any political jurisdiction from a sovereign state, such as the Principality of Monaco, to a small village, such as West Hampton Dunes, New York.
In Australia, the term local government area (LGA) is used in place of the generic municipality. Here, the “LGA Structure covers only incorporated areas of Australia. Incorporated areas are legally designated parts of states and territories over which incorporated local governing bodies have responsibility.
The United Nations has “an agenda of action, designed to strengthen and accelerate multilateral agreements – particularly the Sustainable Development Goals”.

In 1992, Paul Keating signed Agenda 21 on behalf of Australia. 178 Nations around the world signed the United Nations Agenda 21. What is Agenda 21 you may ask? In short, it’s about global land use, global education, and global population control and reduction.
Agenda 21 leaves no stone unturned and no person outside of its reach. In order to accomplish its goals of sustainable development and to make you into a so-called “steward of the environment,” Agenda 21 seeks to control you and your life and it’s happening in a local government near you.
Smart City of Joondalup dumb residents
The City of Joondalup website states that “A SMART city uses technology and sensors to collect data, with these insights guiding an organisations decision in order to operate more efficiently and effectively when it comes to managing assets, resources and the natural environment. As the City of Joondalup embraces a new age of technology, collection of data and advanced analytics will be used to inform decision making and better plan for future generations.
As technology evolves, becomes more affordable and appropriate to the City’s requirements, as an organisation the aim is to actively pursue the opportunity to incorporate smart technology into business activities. SMART technology has the capacity to provide data and information to support decision making. This includes how assets, such as buildings and facilities are maintained. It can enhance sustainability through energy efficiency initiatives such as solar panels and LED lighting, and inform strategies in preparation for climate change impacts on the natural environment.”
COVID-19 is noting more than a distraction for the United Nations take over of the Commonwealth of Australia. The economy is flat lining under the strain of COVID-19 restrictions and debt.
The Western Australian Global Citizens of Rome are blindly conforming and following meme mandates. There are forced COVID-19 vaccinations, mask mandates, relentless PCR/RAT COVID-19 testing, fear mongering, the implementation of a medical apartheid class system, rising unemployment and homelessness, domestic violence, depression, suicide and government gaslighting. Creating a society dependent of the STATE for handouts, benefits and privileges.

- Become the Executor for Contracts for your unincorporated Natural Person that has an A.B.N. This tells The System that you are not incorporated into it.
- Claim your Estate with the Testament to Will by Proclamation, Claim of Right, Occupancy of the Office of Executor, terms and conditions document. You then become the Executor for your Estate.
- Learn how to write notices and letters as the Executor for contracts for your unincorporated natural person with and A.B.N.
- Move out of the public and into the private.
- Purchase an Authorised King James Version Bible (1611). This bible is God’s law book.
- Obtain your live birth source document.
- Set up an Express Trust with the Commonwealth Custodians and become the Trustee for your Estate.
- Learn how to operate your Estate as a Trustee.
- Relinquish all political affiliations. Do not vote for a political party, they are essentially franchises of the United Nations. We vote for Public Servants not Politicians.
- Know that you are not a corporate “AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN”, you are a Commonwealth National. We are not Sovereign we are Sovereign as a people. You are not a Sovereign Citizen; Sovereign Citizen is an oxymoron and are regarded as terrorists by the Corporate Government.
Let your local council know that you are not a resident because a resident is defined as someone who dwells in a place other than your home on a long-term basis [Blacks Law Dictionary 4th Edition]. Notify them that you are a Commonwealth National and you know that the ie: the “CITY OF JOONDALUP” is a corporation and are therefore foreign to the Original State of Western Australia, The Commonwealth of Australia.
It is your will as a man or woman of the Original Commonwealth of Australia that the City of Joondalup to relinquish all affiliations and business dealings with the Unitied Nations and stakeholders that are manipulating policies that effect you.
