WA went into full lockdown on Sunday 31st January 2021 and we were told that if we lived in the Perth and Peel districts we were not allowed outside of our homes without a mask on because Mark McGowan announced one person had contracted Covid-19.

Unsure the of the date of this screenshot.

According to the CDC Covid-19 has not yet been iscolated, See EUA-CDC Letter download link below. They say that they have only been able to iscolate Influenza A and B and SARS-CoV-2, which is the flu/common cold! Most people survive the flu, it is only the elderly and the immune compromised that need to be protected!

Perth went into mass mask hysteria and a great division showed it’s ugly face, as plain as the nose on your face if it wasn’t covered behind a mask. My first experience of the Perth Zombie Apocalypse mask madness was when I drove through my neighbourhood and saw a woman walking her dog wearing a mask. I’d seen the odd person wearing a medical mask at the shops but this was something else, drivers alone in their cars wearing masks, joggers wearing masks and council workers wearing masks, people riding bikes wearing masks, children wearing masks. I couldn’t get my head around what was going on in these mask wearers heads to motivate them to restrict them from breathing Oxygen as I don’t watch the TV and rarely listen to the news!

I then attended a clients home to provide house whispering services.  My client was well prepared with their mask supplies and was wearing an industrial type mask. I was told to put on a mask. I told him that I will not wear a mask and that I do not consent to wearing a mask. It was a hot day and I was struggling to breathe without a mask. Respecting my clients wishes I offered to come back the following week. I stayed and finished my job.

This experience was extremely confronting and the rest of the week was spent at home recovering and researching legislation and treaties to empower me to stand my ground armed with the sword of knowledge. I then wrote a letter to my client informing them of my standing on this issue out of respect for both parties.

THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

After avoiding the shops all week, on Friday I could not avoid the shops any longer. My car battery was flat. My partner jump started my car and I found myself outside of Ian Diffens in Balcatta. I have had many positive experiences in the past with Ian Diffens, especially with Ian Diffens in Wangara.

This experience was to be very different. Armed with my documentation on the laws, legislation and international treaties that protect me and my fellow Australians, I felt confident enough to approach a staff member who was wearing a mask and was returning to the workshop from the car park. I asked him to give his manager my documentation, he did so and I was asked to return to my car as they were not accepting customers into the front reception area.

I returned to my car and realized that my car wouldn’t start. I had no other option but to engage with the manager of Ian Diffens. Feeling anxious and stressed I went to the edge of the workshop and asked to speak to the manager. He refused to talk with me about my documentation and said that if I wasn’t wearing a mask I would not be served. I said that my car wouldn’t start and I needed assistance. I saw that every employee in the workshop was wearing a mask. Everyone stopped work and stared at me. I informed them that according to section 4 (k) The EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACT 2005 (WA) FACE COVERING DIRECTIONS they didn’t have to wear a mask if wearing a face covering is not safe in all the circumstances. Deprivation of Oxygen (O2) is not a safe practice. Oxygen (O2) is one of the most important elements required to sustain life. Without it, our health begins to suffer and/or we die. Unhealthy or weak cells due to improper metabolism lose their natural immunity and are thus susceptible to viruses and lead the way to all kinds of serious health problems.

It was at that moment I realised that no one was receptive to anything that I had to say, they were all in fear, fear of catching Covid-19, fear of being fined $1000 and possibly arrested and fear of losing their job if they did not comply with the franchise rules. I think that perhaps they were displaying symptoms of Carbon Dioxide Toxicity which includes confusion, reduced hearing and mild narcosis. Fear disconnects us from our higher brain functions which is the REPTILIAN BRAIN their response to me makes total sense.

It was very clear that Ian Diffens Balcatta were not offering any kind of assistance. I called my partner, who came to my rescue, he was adorned with his mask and followed the stores procedure. He called the manager from the front of the shop and was denied service. He was denied service because the store manager had witnessed an interaction between my partner and myself. The interaction that led to his denial of service was a hug and a kiss, THIS IS NORMAL HUMAN BEHAVIOUR!

My partner said that he was happy to wash his hands, the manager refused to talk with him and said that he was calling the police because I wasn’t wearing a mask.

Beyond my experience as a discriminated customer, I will never return to this store and I will encourage others to do the same. According to current policy: NO MASK NO SERVICE! I now have some idea how the Jews felt in WWII!

I am concerned that the policy being pushed down by management is detrimental to the health and well being of their staff, in breach of human rights as well as a violation of privacy legislation.

I spoke with Denise from Ian Diffens, Wangara. She was receptive to my call and showed compassion, I know Derek and Denise from way back and think very highly of them, hence the call. She suggested that I contact the state manager to discuss my issue. She also informed me that Ian Diffens franchise rules were strict and that no one was allowed into their premises without the qr code or wearing a mask.

The state manager, the store owners and staff need to know that they are walking a dangerous path, by denying service in this way they are opening themselves up for legal action. Denying service for not wearing a mask without a full awareness of the legislation and treaties that protect Australians from discrimination and forcing their customers to check in with the COVIDSafe app is a breach of human rights international law and WA State legislation.

When I contact the Ian Diffens State Manager I will suggest that their store owners be educated so they can better look after the health and wellbeing of their staff and customers, treating them in a humane and respectful manner. This is a difficult time for all of us!

Here is the information that I gave to the Balcatta Ian Diffens manager which was ignored.

EMAIL RESPONSE FROM IAN DIFFENS IN REGARDS TO MY TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR DISCRIMINATION

Good Morning Dawn,

Thanks for reaching out to City Discount Tyres, in regards to your experience at City Discount Tyres Balcatta.

As per the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions enforced on Sunday 6pm 31st January by the Western Australian Government. All City Discount Tyres in the Perth, Peel and South West WA regions were deemed essential businesses and allowed to trade for essential work only. To allow our stores to remain open in a safe manner, and as part of the wider lockdown measures, all store staff and customers must wear face masks and use the Safe WA app or sign in, this to ensure no transmission of the Coronavirus within the community. Customers were also not allowed to wait in-store for their vehicle and all in-store seating was removed or unavailable.

Mykel, our manager at City Discount Tyres Balcatta, was simply following the rules outlined by the WA Government, that allowed his store to remain open during the lockdown. Allowing a customer in without a face mask would have risked the store being open to a large fine, putting his staff at risk or even forcing the store to close temporarily. Which as a small business, is something they could not afford to risk. We understand you also called our Wangara facility and after speaking with Denise on the 08/02/2021, Denise also confirmed that she told you not to attend the Wangara site as they also were following the rules. Actually the Wangara store recently had to close for a number of days because of suspected Covid interaction. From supermarkets to hospitals and everything in between this is how currently we need to operate, this is frustrating for all and we look forward to the end of currentrestrictions imposed upon us . We hope you understand the decision made by CDT Balcatta last Friday.

We have reviewed the information you have posted, however we will not be changing, modifying or adapting our procedures in store. We thank you again for taking the time to reach out to us and provide feedback, as we take all matters seriously.
