I’m Dawn Kelly, and I’m asking the questions… because the questions won’t ask themselves.

I recently sat down with astrologer Roslyn-Jane, and what began as a conversation about astrology quickly opened into something much deeper. Not prediction. Not theory. But a way of understanding what many people are already feeling… that something is shifting.

Roslyn spoke about astrology as a kind of blueprint. Not something that dictates your life, but something that helps you understand it. A way of making sense of patterns so you’re not left feeling like you’re moving blindly through experience. And when you start paying attention to those patterns, there’s a moment where things begin to line up. Not perfectly, but enough to bring clarity.

What became clear through our conversation is that what we’re experiencing right now isn’t random. There are larger cycles at play, and astrology gives us a language to describe them.

For the past 15 or so years, Pluto has been moving through Capricorn. This is the realm of systems, authority, and structure. During that time, we’ve seen pressure build in those areas. Cracks forming. Weaknesses exposed. Not always comfortable to witness, but necessary.

Now Pluto has shifted into Aquarius, where it will remain for nearly two decades. And with that, the direction of power begins to change.

Not from the top down… but from the ground up.

  • from authority → to community
  • from control → to autonomy
  • from a single narrative → to many voices

We can already see this playing out. Information is no longer controlled in the same way. People are questioning more. Thinking more independently. Connecting in new ways. At the same time, there’s tension, because the old structures haven’t fully dissolved, and the new ones aren’t fully formed.

That in-between space can feel unstable.

Alongside this, Roslyn mentioned a significant alignment involving Neptune and Saturn moving into Aries at 0°, the very beginning of the zodiac. That point matters. It marks a reset. A new cycle.

And while she touched on it briefly, what stood out to me is what that combination represents.

Neptune brings intuition. Vision. The unseen.
Saturn brings structure. Reality. Form.
Aries brings action. Identity. Initiation.

When you bring those together, there’s an invitation.

To stop waiting for direction and start leading from within.

To trust what you feel… but also take responsibility for what you create.

To move.

That’s the part that feels most relevant right now. Because while all of this is happening collectively, it’s also happening individually.

And this is where the conversation shifted into something very practical.

Aries energy is bold, but it can also be reactive. It moves quickly, sometimes without thinking. And we’re seeing that play out everywhere. In conversations. In media. In the general tone of the world.

Which is why one of the most important things Roslyn said was surprisingly simple.

Don’t be reactive.

Because the moment you react without awareness, you’re no longer choosing. You’re being pulled. And in a time where everything is demanding a reaction, the ability to pause becomes powerful.

To observe.

To ask yourself:

Why is this affecting me?
What is this bringing up?

That moment of awareness creates space. And in that space, you return to choice.

There was also a deeper thread running through the conversation, whether spoken directly or felt between the lines. The idea that what’s happening externally is only part of the picture.

Your inner world matters.

What you focus on… what you give energy to… what you repeatedly think about… it shapes your experience. Not in a vague or abstract way, but in a very real, lived sense.

So if your attention is constantly pulled into fear, conflict, and chaos, that becomes your internal environment.

But if you begin to observe rather than react, to choose rather than absorb, something shifts.

Not outside first.

Inside.

And from there, your experience of everything else begins to change.

This isn’t about ignoring reality. It’s about meeting it differently.

Because fear clouds clarity, and clarity is what allows you to move forward without being consumed by what’s happening around you. So the real question isn’t what is happening in the world… it’s who you are becoming within it.

This moment isn’t asking you to panic. It’s asking you to step up. To take responsibility for your direction, trust your own awareness, and lead your own life, becoming the hero of your own story.
