JANE HALTON IS AS DODGY AF!
JANE HALTON is the adviser to Prime Minister Scott Morrison on the government’s National COVID-19 Coordination Commission.
She is Chair of the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), which has funded $388M to COVID-19 vaccine manufacturer Novavax, which is being trialled in Australia.
She is pushing for COVID “No Jab, No Play” policy to be adapted to adults.
She is Director of Crown Resorts, which is the COVID-19 quarantine facility in Victoria.
Her husband, Trevor Sutton, was the Deputy for Australian Statistician of the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) and sits on the advisory committee of Institute for Health Metrics & Evaluation (IHME) of which Jane Halton sits on the board.
In 2007, the IHME received funding from Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
In 2016, The ABS’s data collection and survey systems was awarded to Accenture, which is in direct partnership with ID2020 agenda and GAVI.

According to the TGA the ASTRAZENICA COVID-19 VACCINE is a monovalent vaccine composed of a single recombinant, replication-deficient chimpanzee adenovirus (ChAdOx1) vector encoding the S glycoprotein of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV-2). Following administration, the S glycoprotein of SARS-COV-2 is expressed locally stimulating neutralising antibody and cellular immune responses.
ADENOVIRUSES are non-enveloped, double-stranded DNA viruses and in the ASTRAZENICA ChAdOx1 vaccine they source this from a CHIMPANZEE. I am no scientist but I certainly DO NOT want any part of a CHIMPANZEE injected into me.
ASTRAZENICA IS AS DODGY AF!
Due to the perpetual STATE OF EMERGENCY the ASTRAZENICA EXPERIMENTAL VACCINE has provisional approval which means that it hasn’t yet been approved and is now being tested on the general population with adverse reactions registered under the black triangle scheme.
ASTRAZENECA is a British-Swedish biopharmaceutical company. 3009 million doses of the covid-19 vaccine have been ordered as of March 2021 and it has raised revues of nearly 26 billion USD according to statista.com.
Astrazenecas product list includes CRESTOR which is a statin drug prescribed for high cholesterol which causes short term memory loss. I have personally witnessed the adverse side effects of this drug and I am amazed that it is still being prescribed.
What concerns me is that ASTRAZENECA has an extensive history linked to false claims violations, bribery, consumer protection violation, competition related offences, healthcare related offences, government contracting offenses, employment discrimination, environmental violations and off label or unapproved promotion of medical products.
ASTRAZENECA’S VIOLATIONS
Due to violations ASTRAZENECA has paid $1,148,775,284 (1 billion, 148 million, 775 thousand, 284 dollars) in penalties over the last ten years. Their largest penalty was for $594,000,000 for off-label or unapproved promotion of medical products and for $543,241,159 for false claims acts and related.
27th April, 2010 ASTRAZENECA paid $520 million to resolve allegations that ASTRAZENECA illegally marketed the anti-psychotic drug seroquel. They committed health care fraud.
20th June 2003 ASTRAZENECA paid $354,900,000 in relation to government-contracting-related offenses, specifically False Claims Act and related. ASTRAZENECA pleaded guilty in federal district court in Wilmington, Delaware and agreed to pay $354.9 million to resolve criminal charges and civil liabilities in connection with its drug pricing and marketing practices with regard to Zoladex, a drug used primarily for the treatment of prostate cancer. AstraZeneca agreed to pay a criminal fine of $63.9 million as part of pleaded guilty to conspiring to violate the Prescription Drug Marketing Act by causing to be submitted claims for payment for the prescription of Zoladex which had been provided as free samples to urologists. AstraZeneca agreed to settle its federal civil False Claim Act liabilities and to pay the U.S. government $266.1 million to resolve allegations it caused false and fraudulent claims to be filed with the Medicare; another $24.9 million was to be paid to states to resolve similar claims concerning Medicaid.
27th April 2010 ASTRAZENECA paid $218,092,993 due to healthcare-related offenses regarding off-label or unapproved promotion of medical products. ASTRAZENECA agreed to pay $218 million to settle multistate litigation regarding its practice of promoting its blockbuster antipsychotic drug Seroquel for unapproved uses. This was part of a larger $520 million settlement also involving the federal government.
7th August 2018 ASTRAZENECA agreed to pay $110 million to the state of Texas to settle lawsuits alleging that the company falsely and misleadingly marketed two of its drugs in violation of the Texas Medicaid Fraud Prevention Act.
10th March 2011 ASTRAZENECA agreed to pay $68.5 million to settle multistate litigation alleging unfair and deceptive practices in its marketing of the antipsychotic drug Seroquel, including promotion of the drug for unapproved uses, failure to adequately disclose potential side effects to health care providers, and withholding of scientific studies that called into question the drug’s safety and efficacy.
6th July 2015 ASTRAZENECA agreed to pay the United States and participating states a total of $46.5 million, plus interest, to resolve allegations that it knowingly underpaid rebates owed under the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program. 4th November 2015 ASTRAZENECA argeed to pay $46.5 million to settle multistate allegations that it overcharged state Medicaid programs for pharmaceutical products by underpaying drug rebates owed to the states. Also involved in the settlement was the federal government, which issued its own announcement.
30th June 2003 ASTRAZENECA agreed to pay $24.9 million to state attorneys general and federal agencies to resolve allegations that it caused false and fraudulent claims to be filed with the states as a result of its pricing and marketing misconduct relating to the prostate cancer drug Zoladex and that it failed to provide the state Medicaid programs its best price for the drug as required by law. This was part of a larger $354.9 million civil and criminal settlement negoltiated by the federal government;
15th October 2009 ASTRAZENECA was ordered to pay $14.7 million because they were found guilty by a jury of defrauding Kentucky Medicaid by declaring inflated average wholesale prices of its drugs.
