21st November 2024 – Department of Transport v Dawn Michelle Kelly. The Magistrate was asked thrice if there was any reason that the prohibition at s.2(3) not be given its full application of prohibition.

What this question establishes is whether or not the Magistrates court, established under the Magistrates Court Act 2004 is a pretended jurisdiction and has no jurisdiction at law being that the Magistrates Court Act and all other Act post 1986 are a fraud and sham proceeding.

The Magistrate did not answer my lawful questions so we left the court as it was not a court of competent jurisdiction.
