The Government is a Legal Fiction and it doesn’t exist unless We make it exist. We Can Create Better. We no longer have to give our power away.
We the People are the Principal Creditors, we are the real property, wealth and assets, which is the living “Credit of the Nation”, which was pledged by the Government for Surety for the “National Debt”.
This was created by creating an artificial legal “person” as a bond servant on the Birth Certificate, which is certification of a Security Bond. Subsequently, private central banks were installed in every bankrupt nation to oversee debt settlement of the people via the artificial legal “person” on the Birth Certificate.
The commercial value of the people has been collateralized via the fictional “Person” as Surety for the National Debt.
In 1913, The US federal Reserve was established by private bankers. They planned to indebt the nation and the world by encouraging financial speculation and international capital flows until the global economy crashed on ‘Black Tuesday” 1929), after which they would foreclose (New deal” 1933).
Very soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a National system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register of suffer not being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bill of lading [birth certificate] to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one mand in a million could ever figure our plans and if by accident one or two would figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the for of benefits and privileges. We the People are Ultra Vires, which means outside of legal power. In order to claim Ultra Vires, we must first realize that we are not the Incorporated artificial public person who is named on our Birth Certificate and Drivers License. We are the living men and women of this land. When we claim this name we become surety for Government Debt.
