The New Moon in Scorpio on 20 November 2025 formed at 28° Scorpio, tightly conjunct retrograde Mercury and opposite Uranus, with additional stabilising support from Pluto, Saturn, Neptune, and Jupiter. This created a precise internal shift – a clearing, a correction, and a return to personal truth.

The Moon governs instinct, emotion, internal regulation, and the subconscious patterns that shape how we respond to life. A New Moon occurs when the Sun and Moon align, creating a low-light phase that marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle. This phase represents reset, recalibration, and the emergence of a new internal direction. It highlights what needs to shift, clear, or restructure at the emotional and psychological level.

Scorpio governs the deeper structures of life: underlying motives, emotional patterns, intimacy, power, and psychological honesty. A New Moon here resets these systems, revealing what is outdated, distorted, or no longer aligned.

What This New Moon Represents

  • Emotional recalibration
  • Structural reset
  • Removal of old attachments
  • Heightened perception and intuition
  • Confrontation with truth
  • Regeneration and self-mastery

It marks the beginning of a cycle centred on depth, accuracy, and psychological clarity.

How This New Moon Impacted Me

The Scorpio New Moon was an intense one for me. I set my focus on writing an astrological relationship manual with the intention to resolve potential conflict by understanding communication and processing styles.

I didn’t realise that it would be so full on. I was awake at 1am processing the events of the day and clarifying my intention to override the program imposed on me by understanding the program itself to step into Master Manifestor mode, a neutral space of interfacing with reality on my terms.

Here is what unfolded…

1. Emotional Boundaries Became Precise

I could clearly see where my energy was leaking through over-functioning, absorbing other people’s instability, or tolerating inconsistent behaviour. The shift was immediate and internal.

2. Power Dynamics Became Obvious

This lunation highlighted imbalances – where I was being pulled into emotional roles that were not mine to carry. The truth of these dynamics surfaced cleanly.

3. Old Attachments Released Instantly

Patterns of jealousy, reactivity, projection, and mixed signals no longer held any influence. My system rejected anything that compromised stability.

4. Neutrality Returned

Instead of reacting, explaining, or absorbing, I became contained and deliberate. My emotional field recalibrated to a neutral and stable baseline.

5. A Key Relationship Became Clear

This New Moon exposed the difference between genuine connection and emotional turbulence. It showed me what aligns with my nervous system and what does not.

6. Depth Over Quantity

The Scorpio principle of “quality over quantity” became the guiding standard. One aligned relationship or project holds more value than scattered attention or inconsistent dynamics.

7. I Returned to My Own Authority

The core shift was internal. My boundaries, clarity, and self-respect aligned back into their correct place. I stopped overriding my truth to maintain harmony.

Core Outcome

This New Moon didn’t create change – it revealed what was already true for me.

It clarified:

  • what strengthens me
  • what drains me
  • what aligns with my path
  • what no longer fits who I am becoming

It marked the start of a cleaner, more intentional cycle built on stability, depth, and emotional self-mastery.

How to Clarify Your Intention for Your Own Reset

A New Moon is an ideal point to define a single clear intention – not a wish, but a direction. To set your reset, identify one pattern, behaviour, or emotional habit that no longer serves your stability. Name it precisely. Then choose the opposite state you are moving toward: clarity instead of confusion, boundaries instead of over-extension, honesty instead of avoidance. Your intention is simply the internal correction you are committing to. Keep it specific, grounded, and actionable. This becomes the anchor for the next 28-day cycle.
