Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum booking: 6 guests.
  • Party fee: A flat fee of $360 applies to every Psychic Party booking. This fee is payable regardless of the number of guests who attend on the day.
  • Additional guests are welcome, subject to time availability, at $60 per person.
  • Bookings are confirmed upon payment of the required deposit (if applicable).
  • Travel fees may apply outside the Perth metropolitan area.
  • Guests must be 18 years or older unless otherwise arranged.
  • Readings are provided for entertainment, personal insight and spiritual guidance only. They are not intended to replace professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
  • Dawn Kelly reserves the right to decline questions or terminate a reading if a guest behaves in a disrespectful, abusive or inappropriate manner.

Host Responsibilities

The host (or hostess) is responsible for:

  • Providing a suitable, safe and private space for the event.
  • Ensuring all guests behave respectfully throughout the party.
  • The conduct of their guests during the event.
  • Any damage to the venue or property is the responsibility of the host and guests, not Dawn Kelly.

Liability

By booking a Psychic Party, the host acknowledges that all guests participate voluntarily.

Dawn Kelly accepts no responsibility for any decisions, actions or outcomes arising from information discussed during a reading.

The host agrees to indemnify and hold Dawn Kelly harmless against any claims, losses or liabilities arising from the conduct of guests or the venue during the event.
