“The six cameras, which work in pairs to detect average speed as well as spot speed, also use the latest artificial intelligence to identify other high-risk behaviours, including using a mobile phone while driving, and not wearing a seatbelt.”
“Completely mobile and with the flexibility to be operated and monitored 24/7, the cameras will be trialled on a variety of roads in the metropolitan, Wheatbelt, Mid-West, South-West and Great Southern regions.”

Adrian stated in a channel ten news conference that these cameras will be set up and deployed so the “WE” can monitor and detect multiple infringements at the same time. This trial was well on its way before this official announcement.
I unequivocally decline the corporate STATE Governments offer to contract with the Dawn Michelle Kelly, Estate. I do not consent to being intrusively monitored, tracked, traced, photographed, and placed on a data base of a third party to then have predatory penalties placed on my Estate by way of corporate profiteering and racketeering.

If the conveyance that I travel in on the Queens road in peace displaying “Private” not STATE issued notification plates with the wording “The Commonwealth of Australia, Private, Commonwealth National, Non-commercial” is tracked, traced, monitored, filmed, sent to a foreign third party data base and an infringement and/or arrest/kidnap and/or private property is taken in an act of larceny then “you” will receive an invoice based on the Notice of Liability regarding Trespass and Fee Schedule sent to Col in previous correspondence. The terms and conditions are that this invoice is to be paid within thirty days thereof.

I operate in the non-corporate Commonwealth jurisdiction which means that the “WA POLICE FORCE” who are commissioned by the Corporate “STATE GOVERNMENT” are legally separate to the non-corporate Commonwealth and therefore separate to me. I recommend that “you”, as Principal Agents fill out the “ASIC form 418” Memorandum of appointment of an Agent of a foreign corporation and lodge it with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (A.S.I.C.) as “you” and the men and women who work for the “WA POLICE FORCE” are clearly in breach of the “CORPORATIONS ACT 2003.” Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
