It is founded and declared by ©Dawn-michelle of the family: Kelly, who has been formally appointed by Sandra Ross, the recognised Head of State and Custodian of the Wurruwarrin Province of South Australia, as Commissioner for the Wurruwarrin Province in Western Australia.

Sandra Ross holds cultural, spiritual, and ancestral authority as the founder and sovereign matriarch of the Wurruwarrin spiritual jurisdiction — a divine, matrilineal, and private nation grounded in ancient wisdom, Indigenous lore, and ceremonial lineage. Declaration of Jurisdiction

To All Whom It May Concern,
including the Occupant of the Office of the Registrar and Commissioner of Titles (Perpetual):

Let it be known that on this day, 30th June 2025, I, Dawn-michelle of the family: Kelly, Acting in full capacity as a sentient, breathing woman, having been duly appointed by Sandra Ross, Head of State and Custodian of the Wurruwarrin Province of South Australia, now hold office as Commissioner for the Wurruwarrin Province in Western Australia, and do hereby declare:

The Embassy of the Wurruwarrin Province is now established at the following location:

This Embassy is:

  • A peaceful and protected space
  • A seat of jurisdiction under spiritual, ancestral, and natural law
  • Held and operated within a Private Membership Association (PMA)
  • Outside the jurisdiction of incorporated or assumed authority

Any individual, corporate entity, or public officer wishing to challenge or rebut this jurisdiction must do so with a lawful, point-for-point response within 21 days of notice.

Absent lawful rebuttal, this declaration shall stand as truth in law and be deemed accepted. All interactions within this Embassy fall under private jurisdiction, governed by honour, consent, and ancestral duty — not assumption or threat.
