Western Australians, let us take a closer look at some of the objectives that Mr McGowan and the LABOR PARTY have as we move into 2021 and beyond. As a WESTERN AUSTRALIAN I am deeply concerned about the direction that our STATE and COUNTRY is heading in.
Someone sneezes and the state goes into LOCKDOWN with MASK MANDATES, CONTACT TRACING, FORCED SHUTDOWN OF BUSINESSES, TYRANICAL STAY AT HOME ORDERS WITH THREATS OF ARRESTS AND HEFTY FINES.
Mr McGOWAN has an extensive portfolio. He has appointed himself PREMIER, TREASURER, MINISTER FOR PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT and FEDERAL-STATE RELATIONS.
He and most of GOVCO in Western Australia belong to a PRIVATE POLITICAL PARTY called the LABOR PARTY or the ALP. As a member of this PRIVATE POLITICAL PARTY he must abide by the ALP CONSTITUTION.
The LABOR PARTY was founded by the FABIAN SOCIETY.
FABIANS VALUE SOCIALISM, social and economic doctrine that calls for public rather than PRIVATE OWNERSHIP OR CONTROL OF PROPERTY and natural resources.
SOCIALISM is defined as:
1: any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods.
2a: a system of society or group living in which there is no private property.
b: a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state.
LABOR does not abide by our WESTERN AUSTRALIA CONSTITUTION ACT 1890 the follow the LABOR CONSTITUTION because they are A PRIVATE POLITICAL PARTY.
“We the People” cannot vote for a PRIVATE POLITICAL PARTY, ONLY MEMBERS OF THIS PRIVATE POLITICAL PARTY CAN!
According to the WA.GOV.AU website they tell us that We the People are their CUSTOMERS!!!
The definition of a CUSTOMER is a person or company that receives, consumes or buys a product or service. The main goal of all commercial enterprises is to attract customers or clients, and make them purchase what they have on sale. They also try to encourage them to keep coming back.

LABOR PARTY CONSTITUTION: PART B – OBJECTIVES
4 The Australian Labor Party is a democratic socialist party and has the objective of the democratic socialisation of industry, production, distribution and exchange, to the extent necessary to eliminate exploitation and other anti-social features in these fields.
5 To achieve the political and social values of equality, democracy, liberty and social co-operation inherent in this objective, the Australian Labor Party stands for:
(a) redistribution of political and economic power so that all members of society have the opportunity to participate in the shaping and control of the institutions and relationships which determine their lives; (THIS IS WHERE THEY IGNORE ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ AND OUR CONSTITUTION AND FURTHER THEIR OWN PRIVATE AGENDA

(h) the promotion of socially appropriate technology and the monitoring of its introduction to ensure that the needs and interests of labour, as well as the requirements of competitive industry and consumer demand, are taken into consideration; (CONTACT TRACING????)

(p) elimination of discrimination and exploitation on the grounds of class, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, intersex status, religion, political affiliation, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, regional location, economic or household status; (THIS IS ALIGNMENT WITH THE GLOBALIST AGENDA)
(t) recognition of the need to work towards achieving ecologically sustainable development; (ANOTHER GLOBALIST GOAL)
(u) maintenance of world peace; an independent Australian position in world affairs; the recognition of the right of all nations to self determination and independence; regional and international agreement for arms control and disarmament; the provision of economic and social aid to developing nations; a commitment to resolve international conflicts through the UN; and a recognition of the inalienable right of all people to liberty, equality, democracy and social justice; (UN AGENDA 21 NWO)

RE: The Petition of Right [1627] CHAPTER 13
For Her Majesty the Queen to personally appoint a Governor to hold the Letter Patent, re Constitution Act 1890 (UK) as held to the Western Australia Constitution Act 1890 to allow an elective representative government of the people as held to the Constitution Act 1890 (UK).
Mr Mark McGowan MP you are not the elected Premier of Western Australia in The Legislative Assembly as held to the Western Australia Constitution Act 1890.
Mr Mark McGowan MP, you are a current Registered Member of the Labor Party in Western Australia and held inside the private Constitution of the Labor Party of Australia and held to the aims and objects being the Memorandum of Understanding of the private Constitution of the Labor Party in Western Australia, and held to Australian Law or Australian Civil Law inside those private constitutions of the Labor Party only.
The current Western Australian Governor, Mr Kim Beazley is not paid for his services as the Crown’s personal representative out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund in pounds, shilling and pence.
I believe that he is not personally sworn and appointed by the current holder of the Crown, Her Majesty the Queen, the Defender of the Faith and the current holder of the Seal as affixed to the Western Australia Constitution Act 1890, and the holder of the separation of powers between Church and State, as held to the Common Law of England.
With no Governor sworn and appointed by Her Majesty the Queen, there can be no writs issued for any elections of any persons to take up any positions in The Legislative Assembly or The Legislative Council for the administration of the former colony of Western Australia which is now a state of the Commonwealth.
The Governor must be sworn and appointed by Her Majesty the Queen, being her personal representative and must also be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund as held to the Western Australia Constitution Act 1890. Also, any Judge or Magistrate must be elected and appointed by The Legislative Assembly, and sworn in by the Governor who hold the seal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
All finance and trade and all commercial activities in Western Australia must be conducted in the Legal Tender of Western Australia which is pounds, shillings and pence, on the land of the Crown held in the Imperial Measurements, feet, yards, inches, acres etc.
Mr Mark McGowan MP, as the Chief Executive Officer of the body politic of the Executive Government in and of The Parliament of Western Australia which only consists of Members of Political Parties held in signed person to person De facto relationships, any privately appointed Judge/Justice or Magistrate in or of any private Western Australian Court are paid from the profits of the firm through the Western Australian Treasury Corporation in the electronic currency of the firm and they hold no Seals of the Western Australian Treasury Corporation, in the upholding of Western Australian Civil Law, or Australian Law.
The politically appointed Judges/Justices and Magistrates only give a private and personal service to the private government of Western Australia being a private Australian Business conducting all private Australian Business only, on the private land of the Crown held in Imperial Measurements, feet, yards, inches, acres etc.
The Judges/Justices and Magistrates of all private Western Australian Courts are held in signed person to person contracts under the public Seal of the “State” held personally by yourself as affixed to the Western Australian Treasury Corporation Act 1986.
I have Mr Mark McGowan presented a petition of right to her majesty the queen, the holder of the seal as affixed to the companys act 1948. I attach a copy of that petition of right where I have requested her majesty the queen to personally swear and appoint a Governor to hold the letters patent re constitution 25 August 1890 (UK) and to hold the separation of powers between church and state as held to the common law of England.
I have also requested her Majesty the Queen to immediately upon the appointment of her own governor that appointed governor sign writs for election to allow ‘we the people’ of Western Australia over the age of 21 years. To be able to vote. Having one vote one value to vote in people, not members of political parties to administer the Goverment of Western Australia as held to the terms and conditions of the Constitution Act UK 1890 and to conduct all finance and trade in the legal trade of pounds shillings and pence, held on the land under the imperial measurement of feet, yards and acres etc.
I will also be forwarding of a petition of right to Mr Scott Morrison MP a member of the liberal party of Australia in his own privately built parliament house in Canberra or the corporate headquaters of the Australian Government, holding the private seal of the private australian business which also trades in electronic currency and the seal affixed to the corporation act 2001. Any act sealed to that private seal is held to that jurisdiction of civil law, not of the Commonwealth.
I attach as evidence of this a petition of Right of David John Walter and a copy of my Petition of Right.
The CAVEAT

This Caveat is to hold the common law rights of the Crown being an individual private person and to protect the absolute rights to their real and personal property, which includes their money in the legal tender of The Commonwealth, of every individual natural person of The Commonwealth of Australia including the Queen, held to the common law of Her Majesty being the owner of the lands in an allodial title for everything found in, on, over and under those lands and the law of the lands of all the Colonies, now States within The Commonwealth of Australia and held to the Habeas Corpus Act 1862 and also all property held in Consolidated Revenue by the Governor General of The Commonwealth of Australia o stew Company, as held inside the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901, as Proclaimed and Gazette, the property of us, the People commencing from 13th February 1966. Further to hold the absolute common law right of every individual natural person, including the Queen on the lands and seas of the six States of The Commonwealth of Australia held to the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901, as Proclaimed and Gazetted where Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth 2, is the current holder of those lands in the Constitutions of the States as the constitutional Sovereign and an individual private person and the current holder of the COMPANIES ACT of 1961 10 Eliz. 2 No. 55 – An Act to Consolidate and Amend the Law relating to Companies. [Assented to 28 December 1961], and the current holder of the [53 & 54 VICT] Partnership Act, 1890. [CH. 39.]
Further, to hold every commercial contract for the sale or purchase of any lands of the Crown, where a commercial contract has been entered into by both parties to common law, as Her Majesty, the Crown – ELIZABETHÆ REGINÆ SECUNDÆ is the guarantor of those commercial contracts and held to the common law and canon law- the laws of God held to the Church of England and the current holder of the [53 & 54 VICT] Partnership Act, 1890.
