It is time for COAG to hold a constitutional convention to clearly define and separate these responsibilities, with proposed changes put to a referendum. The blame game needs to end. Gerard Rennick has gained popularity and support in the Freedom/Truther Community for his personal stance on COVID 19 vaccination. He has been the voice in the wilderness for many seeking traction for the counter narrative opposing the draconian coercion of COVID 19 jabs imposed by all State and federal Corporate Government.

On Wednesday 16th August 2023 my friends and I attended a Freedom Media WA Event in Kingsway Western Australia. We went with an open mind to hear what Gerard Rennick had to say.
During this event he admitted that as a Senator he was in a position of privilege. He was not coerced unlawfully to take an experimental COVID 19 mRNA Government injectable. He had the choice that many fellow Australians did not have. He declined to participate in this forementioned medical trial. What I found interesting was that he had a vested interest in the mRNA development industry.
During the Q and A segment of the evening Anita and I decided to ask Senator Gerard Rennick some questions.
My question was “If so many Politicians in Parliament are Lawyers why are they then ignoring that all Laws require Royal Assent and why has the Crown been removed from our Laws since 1973?”
Rennick: “I actually do not give a Rats Pyjamas and the Crown and the 1973 changes to the Constitution…”
Rennick: “I don’t care about the Republic”
Dawn: “You should Mate, you should”
Dawn: “Do you want Australia to become a Republic?”
What Senator Gerard Rennick has failed to comprehend is that assent of the Crown and the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900 (UK) is what gives authority to laws passed in Australia.
What exactly is the treason and how do you expect me to fix it?

Senator Gerard Rennick has now provided evidence that he is in the commission of a crime of misprision of treason.
Misprision of treason is an offence found in many common law jurisdictions around the world, having been inherited from English law. It is committed by someone who knows a treason is being or is about to be committed but does not report it to a proper authority.
Because of my question we have evidence that he is now aware of the treason committed in 1973. He openly states that he is doing nothing about it… this is misprision of treason.
The Question we need to ask Senator Rennick and every politician publicly is ‘Are you impersonating a Commonwealth Public Official pursuant to Division.148 Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cwth)?
Division 148 — Impersonation of Commonwealth public officials
148.1 Impersonation of an official by a non-official
(2) A Commonwealth public official commits an offence if:
(a) the official falsely represents himself or herself to be a Commonwealth public official in a particular capacity; and
(b) the official does so in the course of doing an act, or attending a place, in the assumed capacity of such an official.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
There are two commonwealths and Senator Rennick as a Politician with a Political Party Membership is part of the Corporate Commonwealth.

Types of Commonwealth entities
There are 2 types of Commonwealth entities:
(a) a corporate Commonwealth entity , which is a Commonwealth entity that is a body corporate; and
(b) a non-corporate Commonwealth entity , which is a Commonwealth entity that is not a body corporate.
Note: Corporate Commonwealth entities are legally separate from the Commonwealth, whereas non-corporate Commonwealth entities are part of the Commonwealth.
When the Australia Act was created in 1986 they did not change the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900 (UK) imperial because you cannot change this without the consent of ‘We the People’, what happened was that a new constitution called the Australian Constitution (the green one) was created which removed the preamble which took away God, We the People, indissoluble united federal nation. A fictional ‘Queen of Australia’ was created by Bob Hawke. Who like Gough Whitlam were traitors to our nation.
The Politicians then abandoned the Original Parliament House and created their new business HQ in the Corporate Commonwealth pursuant to the ‘Public Governance Performance and Accountability Act 2013 s.11‘.

Every senator and every member of the House of Representatives shall before taking his seat make and subscribe before the Governor-General, or some person authorised by him, an oath or affirmation of allegiance in the form set forth in the schedule to this Constitution.
44 Disqualification.
Any person who—
(i) Is under any acknowledgment of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a foreign power, or is a subject or a citizen or entitled to the rights or privileges of a subject or a citizen of a foreign power: or
(ii) Is attainted of treason, or has been convicted and is under sentence, or subject to be sentenced, for any offence punishable under the law of the Commonwealth or of a State by imprisonment for one year or longer : or
(iii) Is an undischarged bankrupt or insolvent: or
(iv) Holds any office of profit under the Crown, or any pension payable during the pleasure of the Crown out of any of the revenues of the Commonwealth : or
(v) Has any direct or indirect pecuniary interest in any agreement with the Public Service of the Commonwealth otherwise than as a member and in common with the other members of an incorporated company consisting of more than twenty-five persons :
shall be incapable of being chosen or of sitting as a senator or a member of the House of Representatives.
But sub-section iv. does not apply to the office of any of the Queen’s Ministers of State for the Commonwealth, or of any of the Queen’s Ministers for a State, or to the receipt of pay, half pay, or a pension, by any person as an officer or member of the Queen’s navy or army, or to the receipt of pay as an officer or member of the naval or military forces of the Commonwealth by any person whose services are not wholly employed by the Commonwealth.
CRIMINAL CODE ACT 1995 – Subdivision B Treason s.80.1
(1) A person commits an offence if the person:
(a) causes the death of the Sovereign, the heir apparent of the Sovereign, the consort of the Sovereign, the Governor‑General or the Prime Minister; or
(b) causes harm to the Sovereign, the Governor‑General or the Prime Minister resulting in the death of the Sovereign, the Governor‑General or the Prime Minister; or
(c) causes harm to the Sovereign, the Governor‑General or the Prime Minister, or imprisons or restrains the Sovereign, the Governor‑General or the Prime Minister; or
(d) levies war, or does any act preparatory to levying war, against the Commonwealth; or
(g) instigates a person who is not an Australian citizen to make an armed invasion of the Commonwealth or a Territory of the Commonwealth.
Penalty: Imprisonment for life.
(2) A person commits an offence if the person:
(a) receives or assists another person who, to his or her knowledge, has committed an offence against this Subdivision (other than this subsection) with the intention of allowing him or her to escape punishment or apprehension; or
(b) knowing that another person intends to commit an offence against this Subdivision (other than this subsection), does not inform a constable of it within a reasonable time or use other reasonable endeavours to prevent the commission of the offence.
Penalty: Imprisonment for life.
LNP Constitution
As a member of the LNP Senator Rennick is bound by the rules of the LNP Constitution perhaps this is why his allegiance does not extend to the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900 (UK) Imperial?
