I recently discovered some rather interesting facts about Australia. I warn you that these facts when shared with others who aren’t aware of them could make you sound like a raving conspiracy theorist, so this is why I decided to write this blog. The truth is stranger than fiction! [make sure you watch the video]
Not sure if you heard about the Covid-19 pandemic, apparently there was a virus that had a really effective marketing campaign.
And because it was marketed so well as a deadly and infectious disease, the whole world shut down and put themselves into self-isolation. They had all these famous Hollywood actors who promoted this campaign and told everyone to stay at home because this really scary virus was so infectious and deadly that it could overwhelm the hospital system. I must say it was very disappointing, pandemically speaking, it turned out to be a non-event. More people die of the common cold than this Covid-19, but hey it pays to have a good marketing team.
Anyway, whilst some people binged watched Netflix, or worked from home, Zoomed or studied during Covid-19 I journeyed down the rabbit hole. I watched utube clips, I read articles, I even took to reading the Australian Constitution, the magna carta, Australian legislation and court transcripts.
What I about to tell you, please don’t believe me, look into these facts for yourself.

Did you know that the Australian Government is a foreign owned company and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange as the Commonwealth of Australia. The file number:333-163307 CIK:0000805157. It even has a prospectus!
The Australian Government, that we know as the commonwealth of Australia’s has an Australian Business Number (ABN) and is listed on the Australian Business Register website as Comcover and the ABN is 61 970 632 495.
Did you know that Comcover is the Australian Government’s self-managed insurance fund, and has been providing insurance and risk management services to Australian Government entities that are classified to the General Government Sector (Fund Members) since 1998.
Essentially Comcover is an insurance company for the Court and Government. We, the people of Australia are this foreign owned company’s assets. There are 34 entities created by Comcover.

The Organisational Representative for Comcover is registered to EMESCO CANBERRA PTY. LIMITED: ABN: 83008465496.
The definition an organisation representative is a member of the governing body of the organisation. For example, EMESCO CANBERRA PTY. Limited could be the president, secretary or public officer. As an organisation representative, they are required to provide personal details.
Now it gets even stranger… EMESCO CANBERRA PTY. Limited who are the representatives for the Australian government. They are an Australian Proprietary Company, Limited By Shares and have 4 other companies that they own:

PHIPSON CORPORATE SERVICES is a company that was listed under a ‘shelf company‘. It took a bit of digging but I found that PHIPSON CORPORATE SERVICES is linked to a company called MinterEllison
The definition of a shelf corporation, shelf company, or aged corporation is a company or corporation that has had no activity. It was created and left with no activity – metaphorically put on the “shelf” to “age”. The company can then be sold to a person or group of persons who wish to start a company without going through all the procedures of creating a new one.
VALLEY LAB are an American owned company medical technology company and from what I saw they are promoting Covidien products, hmmmm Covid-19, covidien… see a connection?
VIP LAWNMOWING SERVICE are a well known service provider franchise that not only mows lawns but provide other home maintenance services. does that sound a little weird to you?
MOVIE-WORLD INTERNATIONAL a theme park on the gold coast.
PHIPSON CORPORATE SERVICE are elusive, they do not have an official website but their facebook page and other internet links connects them to a law firm called MinterEllison.
According to lawyer’s weekly they now consider themself the largest Australian independent firm by fee earner as a result. MinterEllison has announced the 83 senior appointments as spanning 14 partners, 22 special counsel and 47 senior associates.
You can see why they are so successful, this Lawfirm represent the GOVERNMENT, I mean forgein owned company, same thing!!!!
Acts Interpretation Act 1901, No. 2, 1901
According to the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 the Definition of Australia and the Commonwealth are as follows:
Australia means the Commonwealth of Australia and, when used in a geographical sense, includes Norfolk Island, the Territory of Christmas Island and the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands, but does not include any other external Territory.

I need to make mention of a legalese term refered to as Inclusio unius (est) exclusio alterius. This is Latin legal maxim that makes the point that where a statute, contract or other legal document includes a list of items falling into a category, the inclusion of certain items on that list should be presumed to mean that any excluded items are intentionally outside the definition. So when they say that it includes, they mean that only the listed items are included!!!
