A Sovereign Citizen is an Oxymoron. It is a label used to pigeon hole people the corporation government consider to be Domestic Terrorists. In other words a threat to their control over ‘We the people’ of the Commonwealth of Australia whom they define as their customers.
Sovereign (n.) is defined as one that exercieses supreme authority within a limited sphere or is an acknowledged leader.
Citizen (n.) is defined as a native person whoowes allegiance to a government and is entitled to protection from it.
During the Corona phase of the Flu World Order takeover of 2020 to 2022 which is now transitioning into the Climate Change Phase of the United Nations corporate globlist takeover agenda, we started to see an obvious over reach of government control.
Most of us were unprepared for what came and went. The flu was rebranded as COVID-19 and the media controlled the social narrative. Operation Mockingbird was and still is in full swing and Mark McGowan announced corporate government policies by way of facebook memes. The role of Vaccine Commander was created to police health coercing the general population to take an experimental COVID jab or lose your job. It was a time of closed Boarders, lock downs as we became a medical police state. The compliant and trusting Govco Customers complied and trusted the science ;).
Anyone who challenged the over-reach of authority of the Government was labelled a Sovereign Citizen. In September 2020 I received a phone call from a Detective from the State Security Group in Western Australia.
I promoted a KOA picnic via Social Media at the ANZAC memorial in Kings Park on 12/9/2020. My red flag raised red flags with the State Security Group. I was questioned by the State Security Group detective about being a Sovereing Citizen and about the rally I was promoting. I am not a Sovereign Citizen and I was not promoting a rally, it was a picnic to which 7 or 8 people attending. I invited the detective to join us in an attempt to boost numbers to which he declined. The irony was that the visible police presence nearly out numbered the people that attended our picnic.
Because I know who I am, where I stand and from where I get my authority from the State Security Group left me alone. I was and I still am a peaceful and non beligerent woman of The Commonwealth of Australia. Others with this label have been vilified by the media and jailed for being a domestic terrorist.
Prof Barton said “Australia and the wider world was now past the “tipping point”, with more than half of counter-terrorism measures now focused on battling far-right conspiracy ideologies”.
Juha Kulevi Kiskonen was labelled a Sovereign Citizen by the media and was targeted as a domestic terrorist by the NSW fixated persons unit. He put under a mental health order and was deprived of his liberty for several months. Several attempts were made to provide him with an Authorised King James Version 1611 bible to which were unsuccessful. He was later found ‘not guilty’ by Justice Lonergan under common law jurisdiction.
The supreme court justice acknowledged the Kingdom of Australia and the king on record, and that we are not a terrorist organisation. Also the fact she stated on the record that we have a curial right to our correct standing and capacity and that calling for the curial overthrow of the Government is not a crime or terrorist act.

What most Australian Citizens do not realise is that the Commonwealth of Australia has been usurped by stealth and subterfuge. There are two Commonwealth a Corporate Commonwealth and a Non-Corporate Commonwealth. Note: The Corporate Commonwealth Entities are legally separate from the Commonwealth, whereas the Non-Corporate Commonwealth Entities are part of the Commonwealth.
What is a Terrorist Act?
The Criminal Code Act 1995 (cth) Part 5.3 — Terrorism Division 100 — Preliminary defines a “terrorist act” as an action or threat of action where:
(b) the action is done or the threat is made with the intention of advancing a political, religious or ideological cause; and
(c) the action is done or the threat is made with the intention of:
(i) coercing, or influencing by intimidation, the government of the Commonwealth or a State, Territory or foreign country, or of part of a State, Territory or foreign country; or
(ii) intimidating the public or a section of the public.
By their own definition – s. 100 (b) (c)(ii) of the Criminal Code Act 1995; it would appear that the Corporation Government are infact the terrorists!
Smoke and mirrors
The Criminal Code Act of 1995 has never received royal Assent so therefore it has no valid authority. Not to worry, they have added a 5 year clause, a clever loop hole so they don’t need Royal Assent after all…. But wait, they actually do need Royal Assent!
2. Commencement
(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.
(2) If this Act does not commence under subsection (1) within the period of 5 years beginning on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, it commences on the first day after the end of that period….
